Beach Villa Jas is a delightfully pretty, recently renovated holiday home with private pool located within easy walking distance to the sandy beach and shops of Can Picafort.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, the villa offers unbeatable value for money in a location where a car is not essential. Villa Jas interiors are welcoming and beautifully decorated, the gardens are inviting, the newly installed pool inviting, all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday.

Inside Villa Jas is set over 2 floors, the ground floor is covered by a huge terrace and an independent suite with a bed and bathroom, perfect for a couple or for elderly guests. The upper floor, which can be reached by an outdoor staircase, offers a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 1 double and 2 twins, yet the twin beds can be joined to form doubles if required by the guests. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room while the remaining 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom. All the interiors have been carefully refurbished to offer comfort, style and a sense of freedom.

Outside the villa has its own lovely gardens, with shaded dining areas, shrubs, flowers and a beautiful private swimming pool (measuring 15sqm). The pool is provided with sunbeds for the comfort of the guests. Dining by the pool or enjoying a drink before a stroll down to the beach will be a true delight!
