Situated just a short drive from the resort of Puerto Pollensa where you will find many pavement cafes situated along the popular pine walk as well as a lovely sandy beach, and stylish marina. Villa Roig Petit features an open plan living/dining and kitchen area that leads directly to a covered terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens. Internally the house is furnished in the local style with modern additions such as air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player, as well as a fully fitted kitchen, making this villa a very popular holiday choice.

Cleaning service is included during your holiday. All our villas are cleaned following a strict cleaning protocol, ensuring your peace of mind.

All our properties include the 1st Cot and Highchair free of charge. Additional cots and highchairs can be arranged.
