Located 14 minutes drive from Ibiza and also with quick and easy access to the beaches of Salinas, Es Cavallet and Cala Jondal.

The villa is situated on a plot of 17.500 m2 it has an excellent sun terrace and a private 4x8 pool. Perched on the top of a hill, completely fenced, the house has plenty of parking and is split over three levels.

On the upper level (1) to the right of the house there is an outdoor dinning área with views to die for, from the main entrance of the house there is a kitchen with dining table, a spacious living room with a covered terrace that serves also as a dining area. On this level you will also find a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite (no door) with rustic shower. All with an abundance of natural light and exceptional views.

On the middle level (2) there are three bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms, TV, AC, WIFI, there is also access to the 8x4 pool, sunbathing and relaxing área.
Bedroom(1) double bed, en-suite bathroom (no door) with rustic bath and overhead shower. Bedroom(2) large bedroom kingsize bed, en-suite with rustic bath and overhead shower. Bedroom(3) 2 single beds joined together (can be separated) en-suite(no door) rustic shower. The pool area boasting excellent views, sunbeds, and a couple of Balinese beds, also has a few shady spots.

Lower level(3) accessible via the metal staircase from the pool area is where you will find a separate independent twin bedroom, glass fronted with views to the surrounding woodland and coastline.

It has 2 single beds with en-suite shower, an open plan gym area with elliptical and treadmill.

The villa has rooms equipped with air conditioning, central heating, LCD TV, cable TV, a personal safe and trouser presser.

FYI The house keeper lives in the plot in a separate building.

There is a Security Deposit to pay locally of €1200 per week.
