Puerto Pollença
Puerto Pollenca, often simply known as Pollenca, is a charming coastal town located on the northern tip of the Spanish island of Mallorca (Majorca). Nestled around a picturesque bay, it is celebrated for its natural beauty, sandy beaches, and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere
Originally a fishing village, Pollenca retains the time old tradition of the evening stroll. Tourists and locals wander up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and restaurants and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D’Or hotel. It is also known for its historic and cultural attractions, including the Roman Bridge and the Church of Our Lady of the Angels. The town’s marina adds to its charm, providing a wonderful view of boats bobbing in the harbour against the backdrop of the Tramontana mountains.
