Villa Olivine is a semi-detached villa located in San Jaime. This two storey villa offers a private pool to enjoy the beautiful Menorcan weather, as well as two terrace areas (one on the main floor and one on the top floor) overlooking the sea. Villa Olivine is only a few metres away from the main shopping area and beach in San Jaime, meaning guests will not have to travel far during their stay at this magnificent villa.
Inside the villa, the living area and kitchen are located directly as you enter the main entrance. The living room has an open fireplace and two comfortable sofas. The dining area is also within the living room, and is furnished with a white dining table and chairs. On the same floor, there is a bathroom, a single bedroom and a double bedroom.
Downstairs, at pool level, there is a separate apartment from the rest of the villa, which is fully equipped with a kitchen-living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the top floor, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. One of these rooms has access to a terrace with breath-taking sea views.
