Facing the wonderful landscape of Los Ajaches, Villa Rocco is located just 1500 metres from the popular area of Marina Rubicón and is close to Papagayo beach.

The inside of the house has a master room with en suite bathroom and air-conditioner one double twin beds room and one bunk bed room, those two sharing the second bathroom.

The large kitchen is fully equipped and is connected with an outside laundry area.

The lounge-dining room, equipped with TV SAT, DVD and air-conditioner, give us access to the porch and swimming pool area, perfect for relaxing on the sunbeds or enjoying a tasty BBQ.
