Our family of 5 really enjoyed our 2–week stay here. The house is great: big, clean, spacious, modern and with everything you need. It is very well thought out and functional. There are 3 nice bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. So everyone can find their space. The kitchen is big and well-equipped. Outside there is a barbecue grill. The house was cleaned a few times during our stay which was nice and the towels changed. Pool towels are also provided. The pool is great. Not huge but big enough for everyone to swim in and enjoy - and it’s just for you. And it gets lots of sun. The poolside area is also nice - with lounge chairs and a table and chairs. When we ate in we ate outside every night. The location is also good. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with the lovely San Rafael beach only a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also restaurants and a mini market within walking distance. A bigger supermarket with everything you need is 5 minutes by car. It’s a great place to chill out poolside for the day or to come back to after sightseeing or a day a the beach.

Our experience was great, everything is quite new and just like it is shown in the pictures. Good areas, nice decoration, fully equipped and excellent cleanliness. Amazing place to stay with beautiful views. The apartment was so clean and very big. There was 4 adults and a baby and we had so much room. The host was great, excellent communication and helped us book transfers.

We went in May and had gorgeous weather and the pool was lovely, the staff in the snack bar were very friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach but we found it fine, hills on the walk back might make it difficult if you had mobility issues, but there was plenty of taxis and Ubers around for a cheap price.
