Apartment Spiros Luxe is located on the first (and upper) floor of a 2 storey building surrounded by peace and greenery. Independent access with a private staircase leads to the large and breathtaking balcony, beautifully furnished and perfect for enjoying the unobstructed views, enjoying a drink or having a delicious al-fresco dinner.
Inside the apartment has been totally renovated with classy details, modern colour scheme and high quality furniture and bedding. Enjoying long night sleeps with the sound of the waves just below will be a truly memorable experience! There is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area, leading directly to the terrace. The bedrooms, welcoming and airy, are respectively a double and a twin. Both are fully air-conditioned and provided with spacious fitted wardrobes and top quality mattresses, sheets, satellite TV, etc. The master bedroom, with double bed, has big patio doors leading to the sea-facing terrace. Particular attention has been given to the lighting of the indoor and outdoor areas, to provide a further ambiance and atmosphere. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The apartment is air-conditioned/heated (individually controlled by the guests 24/7) and this service is included in the price. Wi-fi is also included.
Despite being located just 2 steps away from the sea, the property is surrounded by greenery, flowers and Mediterranean shrubs. From the balconies and bedrooms guests can hear the gentle sound of the waves and enjoy the views to the Mediterranean Sea up to Corfu Town in the distance. There is even a small vegetable plot run by the owners where guests are welcome to pick up fresh products for cooking delicious organic meals. A barbecue and a common laundry room are available for the guests.
Shared parking is also available on the premises. (first come first come service). For the enjoyment of adults and children as well there is even a shared swimming pool complex (located 100m from the apartment to guarantee peace and quiet to our guests, Available from May to October, 9am - 7pm. Our guests can use these pool facilities and bar services with a tiny compulsory spend at the bar of €6 per adult for each day you want to use the pool. (also open to the public). The spacious main pool with clear blue water has a size of 120m2 and depths from 0,90m to 1,80m. The separate children’s pool is 12,50m2 in size and 0.58m in depth. But with such a perfect bay with crystal clear water less than 2 min walk away, the choice will be hard!
Please note, there has been an update of the tourist tax “Climate Crisis Durability Tax” in Greece. From 01-01-2024, this tax will be collected by the owner at the accommodation and the cost of the tax will be 0,50 € per person per night.
