Villa Penny boasts four air-conditioned bedrooms, ensuring a cool retreat at night. The first bedroom has a cozy double bed and an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features another double bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, making them ideal for children or additional guests.
For convenience, the villa has three bathrooms. The first is an en suite with a bath and shower, along with a W/C. The other two bathrooms are family bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and W/C, catering to all guests’ needs.
The private swimming pool, measuring 7.0m by 4.0m, offers a refreshing retreat with a shallow end of 0.9m and a deeper end reaching 1.8m. It is south-east facing, maximizing sunlight throughout the day. Access to the pool is via a ladder, and additional features include a pool shower, heating options, sun beds, and a poolside dining area for enjoying meals in the sun. Should guests wish to have the pool heated, there is an additional charge of 25 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.
