Villa Carmine is located in Minuta, part of Scala, just 2 km from Ravello. The villa is built on three levels that match the terraces in the surrounding garden. The peaceful and scenic landscape makes this villa the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, but without giving up the most modern creature comforts. This is also an ideal spot for those who would like to attend the concert season which is held every year at Ravello during the Wagner festival. The nearest beach is Atrani, about 7 km away.
Villa Carmine stands next to the Romanesque church L’Annunziata which dates back to early Christian times, and it is flanked by a cloister, that in the olden days, was a laboratory for the working of medicinal herbs. The garden of the villa was the plot where the herbs were cultivated.
Access to the villa requires guests to walk up around 90 steps, due to its mountainside location.

Ground Floor:
Large living room with fireplace; kitchen with access to the panoramic sun-bathing terrace with a view of Villa Cimbrone and with a wood-burning oven and barbecue corner; laundry, 2 bathrooms with wc.
First Floor:
2 double bedrooms, each with a bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor:
2 double bedrooms each with a bathroom with a shower. Each floor of the house can be reached either by an external stair or by an internal spiral staircase.
Annexe:
- 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
Cots and 2 additional beds are available upon request.
Cleaning is included during the week: 2 hours a day, 4 days per week.

- Parking for 2 cars on request 1 km away, to be booked before arrival. The daily cost is to be agreed depending on the type of car. The villa is available for weddings and events for up to 30 people, extra fee to be agreed upon depending on the service required.
