This beautiful, recently built villa, was designed to offer maximum levels of relaxation and comfort. Situated on one of the hills near Scicli, it offers stunning views of the surrounding highland that slopes down to the sea which is visible in the background. Like the external structure, the interior is modern and elegant, and the amenities (which include air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen) are elegant and complete.
The ground floor contains the premises used by the proprietors for holding professional courses. On one side of the house, again on the ground floor, is an apartment that can occasionally be rented out to guests.
FIRST FLOOR:

In the garden, there is a beautiful, rather particular 3 x 20 m swimming pool available for guests to use, with magnificent panoramic views. There is also a spacious outdoor area overlooking the portion of the house dedicated to our guests which is furnished with tables and chairs and shaded by big beach umbrellas; perfect for organizing magnificent “al fresco” meals. On the pool level, there is also a furnished gazebo, an outdoor bathroom and a shower. The solarium and swimming pool can be shared with the other guests from 9 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. The swimming pool and the surrounding area are closed at all other times.
The property is located in the most classic Sicilian Baroque area of which Scicli is one of the most important examples, along with the cities of Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla, all of which feature on the UNESCO Cultural Heritage of Humanity list. All these places are within an easy 15 to 30-minute drive away.
Inside the same property is Madrugada, a villa with a separate entrance and private swimming pool that can accommodate up to 13 people. Both houses can be booked together for large groups.
Please note, there is a Refundable damage deposit to be paid in Euros on arrival: € 600
Included in the price is a welcome dinner with a buffet tasting of typical Sicilian products (except on Sunday). Offer valid for minimum stays of 7 nights. It is also possible to have dinners made by a chef in the villa, please request a quote at the time of request.
