The barn is situated next to the main building, while the villa, completely independent, is around 70 meters away.
The access to the villa has a last stretch of road, 250 mt, still paved but narrower, so it is necessary to proceed with caution, even though it is only used by residents’ cars.
The delightful town of Impruneta (3 Km), famous for the production of a valuable terracotta and for the festival dedicated to Chianti wine, is a very lively little town; in the summer the main piazza opposite the church often hosts festivals and concerts. There are some excellent quality restaurants in the area.
