All the day areas are located on the ground floor as well as a double bedroom with bathroom and shower; dining area with table seating 25 people.

On the first floor there are 4 twin bedrooms, each of which has a bathroom with shower;
1 bedroom with French-style bed and bathroom with shower;
7 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.
