Villa Ladona is located in the village of Fonteblanda, less than 5 km from Talamone. The villa is surrounded by large, beautiful grounds, with flowers, hedges, grass and tall trees that are all very well looked after, on terraces gradually descending towards the sea. On the final terrace is a private swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool is a gate that leads to the beach, which is not private, but usually almost deserted. The excellent cuisine in the local restaurants and the many places that you can visit, make this an ideal place to unwind on a real holiday far from crowds of people.
The villa is furnished with excellent quality furniture in traditional style and has all modern necessities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, and telephone.

Cleaning during the week is included: 3 hours a day, 6 days per week.
The daily cleaning service does not include cleaning of the kitchen, which remains the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, that the cost of electricity is included up to a maximum consumption of 300 KW per week, the excess must be paid on the spot at the end of the stay.
