Villa Oksana is a classic stone farmhouse going back to 1500. It started out as a chapel and in 1876 underwent its first transformation into a farmhouse. After careful renovation, the house has been transformed into a lovely country residence. The villa is part of the old Lilliano estate, close to Castellina in Chianti, standing on a hill, where you can take in a beautiful panorama of Chianti near Siena as far as the medieval towers of Monteriggioni. Large, furnished external spaces surround the house, with no borders with the surrounding countryside - allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful views of Chianti.

GROUND FLOOR:
- Living room with dining area and cooking area, down a few steps and you come to a double bedroom with stove, wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower.
- Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and freezer.
FIRST FLOOR:

- 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with shower

- 1 bathroom with shower,
- 1 WC with washbasin.
There is a lovely loggia with a table and barbecue, a 7x14m irregular-shaped swimming pool with toilette and dressing-room. Access is along 200 metres of untarred road, and there is also parking within the grounds.
The furnishings are simple and very comfortable. Air-conditioning on the first floor. There is a laundry room with a washing machine. On request to be paid on the premises: extra hours of domestic help, cook, bed- and bath-linen changes during the week, guided tasting of wines in the medieval wine cellars and of olive oil produced by the farm, typical local buffet dinners to try local products, organized by the farm once a week.
A cot is available upon request.
Cleaning is included during the week: 2 hours a day, 5 days per week.
Cleaning also on Saturday for stays longer than 1 week.
