Villa Melosa is located near the picturesque, charismatic and historic Village de Estoi in the Algarve, displaying a unique and open view over the Ria Formosa. It has been totally renovated with glamour, quality and equipped with attention to every detail. It has a large games room overlooking the pool and gardens, equipped with various games, tennis table and Playstation 4. The villa offers four en-suite bedrooms, all highly equipped with sophisticated furniture, smart tv, Wi-Fi, bath kit and air conditioning to provide the best comfort for our guests.
Inserted in an immense land with fruit trees, it has several outdoor areas decorated with fine outdoor furniture where you can relax reading a book or enjoying a good glass of wine. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a wood oven. It also has living room and dining room with more than 100m2, with panoramic views, elegantly decorated and equipped with high quality furniture, cable TV, wi fi, sound bar, electric fireplace and floor heating to create a cozy atmosphere in winter, access a games room, garden and swimming pool. The magnificent night lighting in all outdoor areas will provide some great summer evenings. The large inviting swimming pool is bordered by a spacious patio terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun.

Villa Melosa is equipped with a heated swimming pool that can be connected for a supplement of £113 per day. We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature).
