Pearl road is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment located on Avenida Francisco Sá Carneiro, on the 2nd line of the beach, just 100 meters away from the beach. It is within walking distance, you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and all the amenities required for a great holiday.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is an en-suite), a fully equipped kitchen/ dining area, a living room with LCD and a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. The bedrooms are a double and a twin.
Children are welcome as a cot can be added per room (at an additional cost).
Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £400 subject to no damage.

If detected during the stay that the maximum capacity of the accommodation has been exceeded, an extra 20% will be charged over the daily rate for each guest who exceeds this capacity.
When the customer leaves, the dishes must be washed and the garbage removed, otherwise an extra charge of 20.00€ will be charged.
The tourist fee is not included in the amount of the stay and must be paid directly on the property, according to the legal rate in force stipulated by the municipality.
