Inside the villa, air conditioning is available throughout. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 are double bedrooms and the last one is a twin bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The magnificent kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as: oven, fridge/freezer, Smeg coffee machine, toaster and blender. There are also a set of large patio doors which allows natural light in, as well as an exit to the terrace area.

From the ground floor hallway there is a staircase to the lower level with natural light, a bar with stools and a twin bedroom with e-suite shower. At this level there is also a laundry room, with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board.

Outside, there is a large terrace with sun loungers, 2 large umbrellas and several outside comfortable seating areas, perfect for Alfresco dining. Part of terrace that is in front of the living room has an electric awnings for shading. To the left, there is a large covered terrace with a rustic-chic dining table and outdoor sofa area overlooking the pool and garden. There is also a bar area with 4 stools, a Beef Eater gas BBQ and 3 mini fridges.

The pool size is 14 x 5m and has a great water feature. It can be heated for a supplement of £600 per week.

There is also a pingpong table available, perfect for keeping the children entertained.

The driveway fits 6 cars and has 2 electric chargers.

Please note, tourist tax is not included in the price. It is €1 per person per night between 1st November and the end of March. Between April and the end of October it is €2 per person per night for guests who are 16 and over (Max 5 nights).
