Inside the spacious Villa on the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with an open plan to the dining area with seat for eight and the very spacious living room fully air conditioned and equipped with gas fireplace. From here there is access to the covered terrace area with a table and seat for five, an additional dining table for eight people and the swimming pool which can be heated at a supplement cost.
The kitchen has all the equipment you need including a freezer/fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, washing machine, iron/ironing board. Inside the living room has speedy Wifi, smart TV, air conditioning and terrace. The dining room has a dining table for eight people and a cosy reading nook.
On the first floor of the villa there are four en suite bedrooms. There are three king en suite rooms with air conditioning. One of the king en suite also has a balcony with great views. The fourth bedroom is a twin bedroom with an en suite and balcony.
The lower level of the villa has the games room with the mini-bar and two bedrooms idea for children or teenagers as the bathroom is shared. There are two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a shower. The games room has a pool table convertible in tennis table, dart game and a mini-bar.
In the garden there There is a dining table with ten chairs and the charcoal BBQ, perfect for al-fresco dining!
The swimming pool is 9mx4m which can be heated for a supplement cost of £200.
