The games room is perfect for teenagers. As well as a pool table, there is table football, a PS3 with a variety of games and various board games. There is also an L-shaped sofa bed which can be used to accommodate 1 or 2 additional younger guests on request.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an integrated dishwasher, combination and microwave ovens, induction hob, American style fridge-freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is direct access out to the external barbecue area and a large serving hatch to the modern metal-topped dining table which can seat up to 10 people.

A washing machine and tumble drier are located in a separate utility room, along with a steam generator iron and ironing board.

There are 4 bedrooms, all of which have ensuite shower or bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and blu ray player which can access online content. All bedrooms have dual air-conditioning/heating units, wall heaters and hairdryers. Situated at the back of the house and overlooking the south facing garden, the Master Suite has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe area with dressing table, and a large en-suite shower room with double sinks. There is also direct access onto the upper terrace through two sets of double doors.

Also situated at the back of the house, bedroom 2 has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bidet. This bedroom also has direct access onto the upper terrace. Bedroom 3 is situated at the front of the house and can be set up as a twin with two single beds or as a double with one king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a walk in wardrobe area and an en-suite shower room. As with bedroom 3, bedroom 4 can be set up as a twin with two single beds or as a double with one king size bed. Bedroom 4 also has a walk in wardrobe area and an en-suite shower room.

Outdoors there is a private 11m x 4m pool, which is a consistent depth of 1.4m. Pool can be heated for an extra supplement of £60 per day (minimum cost per stay: £420). We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature).The pool is surrounded by a rockery garden and a grass area and there are sun loungers for 8 people along with 4 umbrellas for shade. New for 2022, an outdoor table tennis table is available. Beyond the car park, there is a wild flower area surrounded by olive, almond and citrus trees. Beyond the boundary is farmland. There is a built in brick barbecue which can be accessed directly from the kitchen. There is a large, glass topped, rattan dining table with armchairs for 8 people. The table area is shaded by 2 sail shades.

If you want to escape the heat of the sun, the downstairs terrace is shaded and has 2 small drinks tables and seating. The upstairs terrace also has drinks tables, perfect for watching the sun going down over the hills of an evening.
