Premoura is located in a lovely neighbourhood in Vilamoura, only 250 meters from the Marina and Falésia Beach. This complex offers modern and spacious apartments surrounded by pleasant green areas that embellish the outdoor pool space.

Ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay, the development also has a private parking (garage). The apartment also has a balcony and Wi-Fi, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.

This property features three bedrooms, including one with a double bed and two with single beds. There are three bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The living and dining room is spacious, and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals. Additionally, there is a balcony to enjoy. The decor is modern and well-coordinated, and the surrounding area includes a beautiful green space along with a pool.

Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £300 subject to no damage.

Animals are not allowed in our accommodations.

If detected during the stay that the maximum capacity of the accommodation has been exceeded, an extra 20% will be charged over the daily rate for each guest who exceeds this capacity.

When the customer leaves, the dishes must be washed and the garbage removed, otherwise an extra charge of 20.00€ will be charged

Damage caused by negligence or misuse of equipment and clothing will be the responsibility of the customers, being deducted from the value of the security deposit.

The tourist fee is not included in the amount of the stay and must be paid directly on the property, according to the legal rate in force stipulated by the municipality.

We had a lovely weeks stay at the Villa! The place was exactly as described and had three good sized bedrooms. The garden was fully secure so our dog could roam freely without worry. The pool is also very big and was maintained by a pool man during our stay. Lynne was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had about before, during and after our stay. You are a 10 minute walk away from some delicious restaurants, 5 minute drive from an Aldi (or 2 minutes to another large supermarket), and 5 minute drive from some lovely beaches. The villa has everything you could need. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Stayed at Patroves Ranch

Villa Skye was the perfect setting for our family holiday and wedding venue.

From arriving at the big gates and driveway we were completely stunned at how beautiful it was and couldnt wait to unpack and soak up the sun in the amazing swimming pool.
Arthur the owner was such a nice guy showing us around his villa and explaining everything we needed to know, he left us feeling very welcome and we had all his contact details in case we needed further assistance. Thank you again for making our holiday/wedding one to remember!
