A very comfy lounge area with large LED screen next to the pool table and dinning area all with wide glass doors facing exterior lounge, BBQ and pool area. Outside is a large lawn, great for kids games with swings and slides, below this area you will find the pool house with table tennis and table football.
At a very short 2 minute walk you find several good restaurants and Bars. Only a 5 minutes walk away you will find all you need, large supermarket, local fish market, café, pharmacy, newspaper/tobacco store. Olhos de Água beach or Maria Luísa beach are 850 meters distance, less than 10 minutes walk, there you will find several stores, bars, good restaurants and a variety of beach activities. Several other good beaches to explore at a 5 minute car drive. Albufeira Old Town and Oura beach are 3/4 km away and the Vilamoura Marina, Casino and Golfs are 15 minutes by car. Several water parks and Zoo Marine at a short car journey. Villa Gardia has a snooker table in the main living room and table tennis and table football in the play house.
