Villa Cala Golf is a luxury villa perfectly placed in the La Cala Golf Resort, overlooking the golf course with beautiful views of the mountains. The villa is approximately a 7-kilometre drive to the coast and within walking distance of the golf course and clubhouse.

Villa Cala Golf is a spacious villa is spread over four floors. On the first floor, there is an entrance to the property, here there is the private double garage and parking space. On entry, there is an open-plan living-dining kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate laundry room. The centre island in the kitchen is the perfect breakfast area. The dining and lounge areas lead out onto the spacious terrace. The terrace is fitted with quality furniture and offers stunning views over the golf course and private pool. The pool is heatable outside of the summer months, where it would not be necessary.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, all spacious and benefit from fitted wardrobes. Both the master suite and second bedroom have en-suite bathrooms and are furnished with a super king-size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are both fitted with single beds. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.

On the lower level, there are the fifth and sixth bedrooms. The fifth bedroom has two single beds, and leading off this room is the sixth bedroom with a king-sized bed. Both rooms have their own access leading out onto the pool terrace area, with its sunbeds and stunning views of the golf course. On this floor, there is another kitchenette and shower room.

The villa has hot and cold A/C units, ceiling fans, and is fitted with WiFi and IPTV. The villa also offers a travel cot with a mattress and a high chair.
