The entrance ramp, wide doors, and walk-in shower make the ground floor fully accessible to mobility-reduced guests, up to the stunning terrace with a gorgeous infinity-edge pool.
The villa is laid out over two floors. A ramp takes you through the main door, which opens to an open-plan lounge. Take your time using our fully-fitted kitchen while conversing with your family members in the stylish sitting area, where one can enjoy the satellite TV and Wi-fi. Two sliding glass doors fully illuminate the lounge, in which you can also find a double bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a family bathroom with an accessible walk-in shower.
The first floor is formed by three more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized double bed with a window and an en-suite bathroom, also with a walk-in shower. An additional family bathroom is shared by two twin bedrooms, both with sliding glass doors that lead to a balcony over the breathtaking Albufiera.
Outside, one can enjoy a peaceful swim, have a barbecue under the porch, or just lay down in the sun and forget about everything. You have a shower room and a laundry room accessible from the patio, even an outdoor shower with hot water is available by the pool.
The property is fully air-conditioned and can also be warmed by a pellet stove. The A/C is available during fourteen hours a day, the considered ’resting hours’: from 14h to 16h and from 20h to 8h.
