Villa Tinte is an attractive 4 bedroomed villa, located close to the S’albufereta nature reserve on the outskirts of Alcudia. This villa is ideally located 5 minutes drive from the Old Roman walled town of Alcudia.
There is plenty of parking in the quiet street where the villa is located.
Enter through the gated entrance into the spacious outside area, with your own private pool and plenty of sunbeds for your relaxing holiday. The outside dining table and chairs are underneath the covered terrace.
There is a brick built BBQ at the rear corner of the property, this can also be accessed form the kitchen.
On the ground floor of the property there is an open plan lounge/dining area, with comfortable sofas, cool tiled floors and flat screen TV. There is also a dining table and chairs and patio doors that open onto the covered terrace area.
All 4 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 3 twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom. In addition there is another bathroom on the ground floor.

All our properties include the 1st Cot and Highchair free of charge. Additional cots and highchairs can be arranged.
