About Villa Uno

This detached villa is located in front of the sea facing on to a natural beach located on a quite road. From the house there are far reaching views across the bay towards Puerto Pollensa. The centre of Alcudia old town with its traditional shops and restaurants is just a few minutes’ drive away and the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just a few minutes’ drive in the opposite direction.

Villa Uno is perfect for groups, and families. On the ground level there is a lounge with Tv and comfortable seating with a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs there is an additional lounge area and a second fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on each level. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The Villa has its own private pool and sunloungers for everyone.

Please note there is a refundable security deposit to pay before travel of £250.

Villa was stunning, and pool was larger than expected, great layout and modern feel and building stands out against the rest. was very clean and iris the host was very informative.

Just be careful using the waterfall shower use the smaller attachment as the big waterfall shower head can flood the whole bathroom as it overflows.

I turned 50 in March and I wanted to celebrate this day with my close friends. When we started to prepare the guest list we understood that we need a bigger place with 5+ sleeping rooms. It was not easy to find one and finally we found this villa. After settling the contract with the agent everything went really smooth and we arrived to the place.

The villa itself is much bigger than you see it from the pictures.
It positioned much better than you imagine looking at the pictures.
The interiors make you feel like a movie star so you need a professional photographer for the whole period of stay.
