About Villa Uno

This detached villa is located in front of the sea facing on to a natural beach located on a quite road. From the house there are far reaching views across the bay towards Puerto Pollensa. The centre of Alcudia old town with its traditional shops and restaurants is just a few minutes’ drive away and the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just a few minutes’ drive in the opposite direction.

Villa Uno is perfect for groups, and families. On the ground level there is a lounge with Tv and comfortable seating with a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs there is an additional lounge area and a second fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on each level. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The Villa has its own private pool and sunloungers for everyone.

Please note there is a refundable security deposit to pay before travel of £250.

Stayed at Apartment Elma

Absolutely incredible villa to stay in for your vacation. Super private, felt like we were the only villa on that hill when sunbathing and relaxing on the balcony and around the pool. Lovely and clean decor, up to a modern standard and gave the exact feel of a Spanish villa, exactly what we were after.

The view you get from this villa is amazing of the whole of Son Bou, incredible in the day looking out at the sea and romantic for those evenings watching the sunset with a glass of wine. We definitely did not want to leave and would be 100% booking again.

Thank you for making our stay better than we could of thought with your amazing villa it was the perfect choice for me personally returning to Son Bou for the first time in around 10 years from where I use to come every year with family for 20 years as a child, this just topped off the returning memories even more, we can’t recommend it enough. - Alex, May 2024
