About Villa Uno

This detached villa is located in front of the sea facing on to a natural beach located on a quite road. From the house there are far reaching views across the bay towards Puerto Pollensa. The centre of Alcudia old town with its traditional shops and restaurants is just a few minutes’ drive away and the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just a few minutes’ drive in the opposite direction.

Villa Uno is perfect for groups, and families. On the ground level there is a lounge with Tv and comfortable seating with a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs there is an additional lounge area and a second fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on each level. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The Villa has its own private pool and sunloungers for everyone.

Please note there is a refundable security deposit to pay before travel of £250.

Fantastic for families and groups! Phenomenal outdoor area with its own lemon and orange trees, very well maintained pool. Extremely quiet location with no annoying neighbors. Stayed at Villa Selva

Thank you! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Villa Skye. The villa itself offered everything we needed - struggled to get the children out of the fantastic pool! We visited Alvor and Lagos and several villages near by. Alvor has so many great restaurants it is difficult to recommend any in particular - try as many as you can! The outdoor area was used frequently - all in all, great villa, great location and we are more than likely to return.

Villa Vida is beautiful! As a family of 5 we had the most incredible week! The Villa is well equipped, clean and everything just seemed new!! Every bedroom has its own balcony and beautiful bathroom. The location is quiet and everything is in just a moment away! Lynne at Ocholo was amazing - highly recommend!!
