About Villa Uno

This detached villa is located in front of the sea facing on to a natural beach located on a quite road. From the house there are far reaching views across the bay towards Puerto Pollensa. The centre of Alcudia old town with its traditional shops and restaurants is just a few minutes’ drive away and the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just a few minutes’ drive in the opposite direction.

Villa Uno is perfect for groups, and families. On the ground level there is a lounge with Tv and comfortable seating with a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs there is an additional lounge area and a second fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on each level. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The Villa has its own private pool and sunloungers for everyone.

Please note there is a refundable security deposit to pay before travel of £250.

Great villa for large groups, lots of space! 15min walk from Marina, and only a quick 5min taxi to the Old town. 5min walk to a lovely beach! We were very happy! Great games room the basement too which is a great bonus! - Marco, September 2021

Stayed at Maria Palace

Lovely place in an excellent location! Studio is very well equipped and clean, and is about 7min walk to the old town and 10 min to the beach downhill (you have to count in uphill on the way back but its good for you anyway). There are a lot of walks around Albufeira and plenty of busses not far from the centre /flat, so it is a good place to use as a base to explore ALGARVE. Looking forward to returning soon. - Mar April 2022.

Stayed at Studio Pimenta

Excellent location. The swimming pool is not exclusive to the condominium, being explored by the bar/restaurant. Cleaning and housekeeping of the space around the pool could be better. However the pool is very good. The house is good to enjoy a great sunny days, close to the sea. Arrifes beach is within a 10-minute walk. São Rafael beach is about 15min away. By car, Galé beach is 5-10min away. The top floor of the house has no AC. Bruno June 2022
