As you approach the villa along the driveway you are taken aback by the beauty of this stone clad Mallorcan house. Surrounded by fields and olive groves the villa has magnificent views which can be enjoyed from the outside terraces of the villa. Views extend over to the Son Fe Mountain and the convent which is set in the side of the mountain. The entrance to the villa leads in to the living/dining area and from here the well equipped kitchen. From the kitchen there are doors which lead out to the very large side covered terrace which boasts some spectacular views. Inside the Villa all the bedrooms are very spacious. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with its own shower room next door, the other bedrooms are situated upstairs.

There is a large private pool which has roman steps for easier access. There is a good size alfresco dining area next to the pool for long evening barbecues around the pool. A great choice for families seeking a get away from it all holiday yet not too far away to the beach, shops and restaurants.

For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.
