With the added bonus of its own private cycle storage room, the house is very popular with cyclists and cycling groups. Pollensa is a very popular destination for cyclists.

For families, friends, or groups of cyclists, this beautiful house really is a special find; and with golf, gastronomic delights, beaches and wonderful scenery in close proximity, this area of Northern Mallorca has guests returning again and again.

Please let me know if you require cots or highchairs - these will be provide these free of charge for you, including bedlinen.

Bedlinen is changed every week and there are no local cleaning charges.

Towels are also changed midweek.

Can Xica does not accept groups of young people and smoking or pets are not allowed. There is a security deposit required of €250.
