The courtyard has a charming seating area and garden (together with a separate utility room with laundry and toilet).
The dining room has beautifully decorated with large french windows opening out to the terrace and an archway leading into the light and airy lounge with large windows providing scenic views over the town of Pollenca. The fully fitted, separate kitchen has a door out to a covered terrace (pergola) providing direct access to the barbecue and swimming pool area (via steps). The double bedroom and twin bedroom share a spacious walk in wardrobe and a full bathroom. External stone steps lead to a twin bedroom which has a full shower room and has direct access out to the covered terrace. There is no Air-con in this bedroom. On this level there is a second lounge with direct access to the covered terrace. This terrace is attractively furnished with comfortable patio furniture.
