Villa La Font Jaume is in prime location just 500m from Pollensa Old Town sleeping up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

The spacious fenced garden area is perfect for families, with private swimming pool, lawned areas for children to play, built in BBQ with large outside table under the shaded terrace. The villa even has an outside toilet.

The accommodation also benefits from internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, iron, ironing board, air conditioning in all bedrooms, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German).

The kitchen comprises of a gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

The property is located 500 m from Pollensa city, 500 m from Pollensa bus station, 1 km from Lidl y EROSKY supermarket, 3 km from Golf Pollensa golf course, 6 km from Cala San Vicente rock beach, 6 km from Cala San Vicente sand beach, 7 km from Puerto Pollensa sand beach, 12 km from Sa Pobla train station, 14 km from Hydropark water park, 16 km from Sa albufera , 58 km from Palma de Mallorca airport. The house is situated in a children-friendly neighbourhood in a beautiful rural area.

We have a guest service number 24 hours a day, every day of the week, and a local office open during business hours in Alcudia.

High quality traditional property in excellent location close to Pollenca. Spacious, well equipped with excellent good sized pool. Good quality aircon in comfortable bedrooms. Had a superb family stay. The company were first class throughout. Not something relating to the villa but shame there isn’t a path to walk into Pollenca which is only 1k away. - Stephen, August 2024

Stayed at Villa Roma

We had a week in Villa Das Oliveiras in Albufeira. The weather was awful but the villa was wonderful, spacious and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet area but only about 15 minutes walk to the Marina, with lots of bars and restaurants. There are some lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk of the villa as well. Sadly we did not get to use the pool much due to the weather. Communication with Ocholo was easy and they really did go the extra mile to try to accommodate any of our special requests. I would have no hesitation in stopping at this villa again if I was in Portugal and I will look at other Ocholo accommodations when planning my next holiday.

The Villa was nice and is like it is in the pictures.

The lady next store is there for any issues, not that we had any, her son is a taxi driver and did us a good deal back to the airport.
We got Ubers everywhere else as it was quicker and very cheap - 5 min ride to old town cost about 5 euro
Lidi is a 5-10min taxi drive away, the Spar is about 30 min walk round trip - so without a car, you will need a taxi or walk.
You can walk to the marina in about 15-20mins, all down hill - walking back bit longer as the hills are another levels
