A spacious villa which is filled with natural light. The living room is perfect for relaxing and socialising, and connects to a dining room that features a gallery with panoramic mountain views. There is a fully fitted kitchen.
On the ground floor, you will find a covered porch ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing by the barbecue. Steps lead down to the swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days and sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers. In addition, a practical outdoor room with fridge and kitchenware will make your outdoor Al-fresco dining easier.
On the upper floor, four cosy bedrooms await you: two with double beds and two with twin beds. A complete bathroom with bathtub completes the distribution of this floor.
The cobbled streets of the historic centre, the emblematic Calvario Causeway with its 365 steps and the lively main square, where you can sample the delicious local foods and markets, are just a short stroll away. Pollenca Old Town is full of beautiful boutique shops and restaurants and bars.
