Villa Tina is a charming two-bedroom villa nestled in the valley behind Pollenca golf course, in a quiet rural location, yet in easy reach of Pollenca’s old town and the amazing sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca. This villa is the perfect family holiday home due to its welcoming interiors and large outdoor areas.
Guests are welcomed by the large covered terrace that runs along the whole side of the property when they arrive. This covered terrace is well furnished with comfortable armchairs and tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
The villa can be entered through the covered terrace doors. The living room/dining area is furnished with comfortable sofas and satellite TV as well as a wooden dining table that seats four guests. Off to the side of the lounge, there is a fully fitted kitchen made of pine wood. There is also a laundry room available for the guests. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, all pleasantly furnished and air-conditioned. The first is a twin featuring a private shower room (walk-in shower), whilst on the other side of the corridor there is the stylish master double bedroom with en suite bathroom (separate walk-in shower).
Outside, there is also a full barbecue kitchen with a hob and oven. An eating area is also available for al fresco dining.
Free air conditioning is available from 14:00 pm to 16:00 pm and from 20:00 pm to 08:00 am.
