Villa Tomeu is located in the area of Siller, 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollenca. This lively resort has a never-ending choice of restaurants, mostly overlooking the sea, plus a huge sandy beach with views of the hillside. The house itself has views of the nearby mountains, as well as a private swimming pool and a fresh and colourful interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa is semi-detached with its neighbour. There is a private, gated driveway for your car if you choose to hire one. The main entrance is at the front of the house.

The living area is bright and airy, with patio doors opening onto a covered terrace at the front of the house. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, with an archway connecting to the dining area which has a table and chairs for 6 people.

Across the hall is the kitchen which is fully equipped and also has a small breakfast table. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

It has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which all share the facilities of a separate bathroom and shower room. All three bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished, with plenty of storage space.

The south-facing, circular private pool and terrace makes ideal sun during the day, but the alfresco dining area is covered if you need a break from the heat. You’ll also have your own brick BBQ to one side of the terrace.

Can Tomas can sleep up to 6 people. (Travel Cot and Highchair available on request.)

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am.
