Villa Mayan is modern and tastefully furnished in a very quiet and tranquil rural area near the town of Muro in the North of Mallorca and a mere 10-minute car drive to the nearest beaches of Playa de Muro. This elegant villa comes complete with a grand piano available for guests to use.
All the accommodation is on one level, with three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin single and two shower rooms sleeping a total of 6 people.
The kitchen is very modern and fully fitted with a double fridge-freezer and is partially open towards the comfortable lounge / dining area.
The outside of the house is clean and well looked after, with a long infinity pool and wooden deck around it, a sand pit with children’s play area and an ample covered porch and BBQ for outside meals.
It is essential to rent a car when booking this house as all amenities such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes’ drive away by car.
Please note, there is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).
Important: Air Conditioning - from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 only. There is the Mallorca Ecotax payable before travel (around 2.5 euros per day.)
