Villa Mio is located in a quiet rural area Artà and sleeps up to six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This villa is an amazing property that provides breathtaking rural views and the surrounding natural vegetation means that the villa offers peace and total privacy. Within 10- 15kms, a wide selection of beaches can be reached by car.
Inside, the villa is stylish and spacious and has been beautifully finished making use of wood and local stone, carefully mixed with modern amenities and details. The ground floor is spacious and open plan, with a kitchen/dining lounge/dining area. The lounge is full of natural light due to the large floor-to-ceiling windows and is furnished with comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, WiFi, and a DVD player. The dining area has a round table that seats four guests.
The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. Also on the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom with a shower (as well as an extra WC available on the same floor). On the upper floor, the master bedroom suite is located (accessed via an imposing tiled staircase), and is a true delight. It has its own bathroom with a bathtub as well as direct access to a private terrace enjoying breathtaking country views over the green forests. Maid service, bath towels and hand towels are included.
Outside, there are extensive terraces furnished with tables, chairs and sofas for al-fresco dining and barbecues. A large private pool swimming pool with sun loungers is also available, which is great for relaxing hours under the sun, enjoying the unique location and greenery.
