Villa Torre is composed of a main house with three bedrooms and a guest house with one bedroom.
Main house
On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor summer dining room. Large open area with different environments, with large windows through which a lot of natural light and enjoys views of the sea. To the right of the stairs is the sitting room with a fireplace (TV Limited English channels). To the left is the dining room with a beautiful marble table. There is another small lounge with beautiful views of the sea behind the stairs. Access to the terrace with the covered outdoor dining area and to an outdoor lounge with comfortable and elegant furniture. Guest toilet.
An impressive stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there is the master double bedroom with sea views and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and access to a terrace with exceptional sea views. Next, there is a shower room, also with access to the terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite with a shower room.
Guest House
Bedroom with double bed that is accessed from the outside, with an en-suite and shower room. Small lounge area and laundry room.
From the side of the pool, going down an external staircase, there is access to a TV room and games area with a table football and pool table.
Outside it is wonderful, with a private pool with a terrace that enjoys panoramic views of the coast and the garden.
Please note, that there is a fully refundable security deposit of £2500 subject to no damage.
NOTE: Pathway below from the house to a platform and then a ladder into the water. This access to the sea is not suitable for small children or those with limited mobility. There are no handrails. Protective footwear is essential.
For reservations of 7 nights, there is no intermediate cleaning, nor change of towels.
Extra cleaning service on request at a cost of 23 Euros per hour.
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair costs €10 per night each.
Heating is mandatory from November to March at an extra cost of 250 Euros per week. The cost will be added to the cost of the rental.
