Villa Treveno is a beautiful reformed 150-year-old farmhouse for 8 people, to rent in a beautiful countryside area, 1.4 km. to the village of Cas Concos, Felanitx, Mallorca. All the original rustic features have been retained to now offer a comfortable Mallorcan-style house furnished with a lot of character The outside area is magnificent, with a spacious pool area and well-kept lawned garden.
Two-storey country house. From the entrance/dining room, there is direct access to the living/dining room. It has an exit to the side terrace. Rustic-style, spacious kitchen that also has access to the garden. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Utility room with washing machine.
On the first floor, there is a galleried landing area with a side door to an upper sun terrace with glorious views across some of Mallorca’s finest countryside. Here there are three bedrooms each en suite bath/shower room. Two with double beds and one with twin beds.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a limited and fixed timetable.
Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £500 subject to no damage.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair costs €10 per night each.
