Right next door, Bedroom 2 offers two cosy single beds, air conditioning, and its own en suite bathroom, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 3 impresses with a comfy double bed and a ceiling fan, along with an en suite bathroom that enhances your stay. One day before arrival the guest will receive all information about check-in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self-check-in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the Baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with a reduced rate after the 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
