Villa Bautista is a a classic style villa, with five bedrooms and magnificent sea views. This villa is situated very close to the beach and resort centre, making this property popular amongst guests who don’t want to depend on a car. Three of the five bedrooms lead out onto a terrace which overlook the pool area, and the large terrace on the upper floor offers beautiful sea views. It is also furnished with a dining table and chairs - perfect for outdoor dining.
We have recently made improvements to the villa, completely renovating both bathrooms and installing air conditioning in two of the double bedrooms, providing greater comfort even on the hottest days. Also, the living room
has been remodeled to create a modern and comfortable atmosphere.
On the lower floor of the villa, is where the five bedrooms are located. There are three twin rooms, a single, and one double bedroom. On the same level, are two full bathrooms and the last small bathroom is located on the upper floor.
On the upper floor, from which the villa is accessed, there is a fully- equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and a toaster. The large lounge is also located on this floor which is furnished with a double sofa and two single chairs. As well as a lovely fireplace and TV. The dining area is furnished with a wooden dining table and chairs.
Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £500.
Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.
