Inside, the villa has a modern lounge with a TV, DVD player and patio doors that lead out to the south facing terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs. The dining room also has a table and chairs, as well as sea views and the fully equipped kitchen (equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, and coffee maker) and laundry area are located at the rear of the property.

All four bedrooms are doubles made up of twin beds, and three of them have ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans instead of AC.

Outside, the villa has spacious sun terraces that are furnished with sun beds, a BBQ, and a dining area - perfect for those seeking to enjoy the beautiful weather and dine al fresco!

The private pool is oval shaped: 2mx6m with a deep end of 2.3 meters and shallow end of 0.8m. A diving board is also available.

Fantastic sea views are available from the villa and the roof terrace is great for guests who want to take photos of the sunsets or the coastal views.
