Villa Phoebe is a fantastic luxury villa located in the upper area of San Jaime. With its panoramic sea views and tasteful, modern furnishing - it is the ideal villa for families with children or groups of friends.
Inside, there is a fully- equipped kitchen including a large fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and a toaster. The bright and spacious lounge is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa as well as a TV. The adjoining dining area is furnished with a dining table and six wooden chairs (additional chairs are also available). There are also large patio doors leading out to the terrace area that is furnished with outdoor sofas and has beautiful sea views.
There are 5 bedrooms throughout the villa, 2 doubles and 3 twin rooms (made into doubles). The rooms have juliet balconies that allows guest to enjoy stunning views from their rooms!
Outside, there is a magnificent private infinity pool that is surrounded by sun-loungers for those seeking to sunbathe. There are also stairs leading down to the shopping center, however, the villas is located on a hilltop, so having your own vehicle or a rental car is recommended as the slope is quite steep and the high summer temperatures make walking unsuitable.
Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £500.
