Villa Primrosa is a popular three bedroom villa, with modern interior and serene terraces. As it is situated on the hillside in Torre Soli, guests can enjoy breath-taking views of the sea. This villa also offers privacy with trees surrounding the outdoor area, as well as a shaded terrace area. This tranquil terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs, allowing guests to dine outside whilst enjoying the beautiful views.
Inside this villa - everything is centred on one floor. As you enter the living spaces are to the right and the bedrooms and bathrooms to the left.
There are two bathrooms in Villa Primrosa.
Leading off from the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with American bar and a cosy dining room which overlooks the BBQ area.
To the right of the lounge there are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two of the rooms overlook the pool area and the other faces the rear. Heading away from the covered terrace there are a few steps down to the rectangular 8x4 metre pool, sun bathing area and beautiful terraced gardens.
Please note that the air conditioning at this villa operates on a timer and is available from 1pm until 4pm and from 7pm until 5am.
Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £300.
Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.
Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.
