Villa Hombres is a modern, bright fantastic villa with game room for friends or family groups, close to resort and a pool table, a bar area, and heated pool. Outside you will find an 8 meter heated pool with sun loungers to relax in and a cool box to cool off even in the sun. On the terrace area there is a large barbecue and a built-in sofa. And outdoors, a table for 10 people with views across the sea of Fuerteventura. 2 minutes walk to a bar.
Villa Hombres has 2 floors and is spacious and bright - a total of 200 square meters. Outside you will find an 8 meter heated pool with wooden sun loungers and comfortable cushions (not shown in the current photos) to relax in and a cool box to cool off even in the sun. On the terrace area there is a large barbecue and a built-in sofa. And for your lunches and dinners outdoors, a table for 10 people with views across the sea of Fuerteventura.
It has free parking inside the automatic gate. The villa is divided into two floors - on the first floor you will find a living room with a 65” TV, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, plus a shower room with sink and toilet.
On the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
A fantastic bright pool table room, which has an open bar area with some drinks included to welcome you for your stay! There is a second living room where the 10 guests can be comfortable, since there are 2 sofas and 2 armchairs. The ground floor part concludes with a table and chairs to play cards or as an area for working and also a 75″ TV with Netflix and Disney Plus. So plenty entertainment for all.
Includes in the bar area; 2 bottles of soft drinks, 6 bottles of wine, 1 bottle of water, crisps, chocolate and sweets.
Check-in is automatic with complete peace of mind. There are 2 entrances, the first with an automatic gate inside the residential complex and a second that faces directly onto the main street, Avenida Faro Pechiguera, a few meters away there are bus and taxi stops. However, for those who love walking, it is a 15-minute walk to get to the center and 10 to get to Playa Flamingo.

This villa can accommodate 10 people, after the 6th person there is a supplement of £120 per extra person, per week.
Please note there is a refundable security deposit payable before travel of £500, refunded in full of course, subject to no damages.
