Villa Jericho is a beautiful villa located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this tastefully furnished villa is the perfect property for groups of family or friends!
Inside, the bright living room/dining area is furnished with comfortable sofas, TV and a dining table that seats six guests - patio doors are also available that lead to the pool terrace/garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. There are three modernly furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms two of which are double rooms and the last one is a twin room. Furthermore, one of the double rooms has an en-suite bathroom. A sofa bed is also available for a seventh guest.
Outside, there is a terrace area that has an ‘al fresco’ dining area that seats six guests. The private heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers, for those wanting to soak up the Spanish sun. A barbecue is also available.

The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3 to 5 degrees warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of £25 per day.
