Inside, the bright living room/dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and a dining table that seats six guest - patio doors are also available that lead to the pool terrace/garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. There are three modernly furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms two of which are double rooms and the last one is a twin room. Furthermore, one of the double rooms has an en-suite bathroom, TV and a balcony that has great views.
Outside, there is a covered terrace area that has an ‘al fresco’ dining area that seats six guests as well as a seating area of two chairs. The private heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers, for those wanting to soak up the Spanish sun. A barbecue is also available.

The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3 to 5 degrees warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of £25 per day.
