About Villa Marianne

This 2-bedroom duplex is located on the famous Papagayo beaches and enjoys views of the natural monument of Los Ajaches.

You have all the little extras you need, Air conditioning, Satellite Tv, Heated pool, BBQ, a Dolce Gusto machine for your coffee, Internet access, hairdryer.

On the upper floor you will find the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The accommodation has two bathrooms, one on the upper floor and one on the lower floor, both with showers.

On the lower floor you will find a modern and comfortable living room, very bright and equipped with air conditioning and Smart Tv. The living room has a separate dining area and has direct access to the pool which is an advantage if you are travelling with children as they can be supervised at all times. On this floor you will also find an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and a very complete kitchenware for those who love cooking.

On the upper floor there is also a small living room with Smart TV.

Villa Marinanne is equipped with services such as satellite TV, wifi and private parking.

The exterior is cosy and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, table, chairs and barbecue. The pool area is protected by a wall and aluminium fences for those who want to enjoy total privacy during their holidays.

Please note there is a refundable deposit due before travel of £150.

Fantastic apartment, we stayed as a family of four with two young kids. Both a cot with bedding and high chair were provided on request. Very helpful during our stay when we had questions.

Short walk to marina where there are plenty restaurants and our favourite cafe during our stay called The Cake Shop. There is an Italian restaurant (can’t remember name) on the hill on the walk to Old Town which was lovely too. Old Town is a beautiful 20/25 minute walk from apartment, lots to do there too and a lift down to beach as well. - Moira, October 2022

We have absolutely loved our stay at El Pontarro and couldn’t have asked for any more from the listing. The facilities are as listed, the pool area is very private and in the open sunshine along with all local shops being within a 5 minute drive from the villa. - Rhys, March 2024

Our stay was beyond our expectations. We couldn’t have had a better holiday with our teenage children. We thought the property was out of this world. Very clean, had everything we needed to make our stay more than comfortable. The location was spot on. The house was a big part of why we had an amazing holiday and would definitely go back.
