About Villa Rioja

Villa Rioja is located in the south of the island of Lanzarote, in the town of Playa Blanca, and is the ideal option for you and your family and friends. This villa has a great outdoor space, a private heated swimming pool and a barbecue area, where you can enjoy the Lanzarote sun while relaxing in your own villa.

Villa Rioja, has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 3 of them with en-suite bathrooms; and another bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds.

On the ground floor there is also a bright modern living-dining room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, gym and bathroom, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together as a family.
And if you are a foodie, our fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare the most delicious meals while enjoying direct access to the pool area or the barbecue area.

Villa Rioja has WiFi throughout and a Smart TV, allowing you to enjoy your favourite series and movies on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video (you need to be a member to access the applications).

Parking space is included.

Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £150 subject to no damage.

We have stayed at Casa Dos Pais twice so far, location perfect for us! Its exactly in between Gale beach, Albufeira Old Town, and Guia (Algarve Shopping) its about 8 mins in the car in each direction. So spot on for us. Lots to walk to too so the car not always needed. Thumbs up from us we will come back a third time!

Stayed at Casa Dos Pais

Myself and a group of 7 friends/couples stayed at the Vivenda Catarina at the start of May 2019. All I can say is the pictures do not do this villa justice! The whole place was spotless and furnished to a very high standard. Beautiful pool area and plenty sun loungers, two lovely outside dining areas and a BBQ we took full advantage of. The only downside I can think of is the fact the villa is very open plan and has a stunning mezzanine but this caused echoing as my friends are loud but it can’t be helped. This didn’t put us off at all and I will definitely be back! Excellent location, 5 min walk to a small convenience store and a further few mins to Spar. 10 minute walk to the main ‘strip’ but far enough away to not hear any noise. 5 stars!!!

Stayed at Casa Vivenda Catarina

The Villa was nice and is like it is in the pictures.

The lady next store is there for any issues, not that we had any, her son is a taxi driver and did us a good deal back to the airport.
We got Ubers everywhere else as it was quicker and very cheap - 5 min ride to old town cost about 5 euro
Lidi is a 5-10min taxi drive away, the Spar is about 30 min walk round trip - so without a car, you will need a taxi or walk.
You can walk to the marina in about 15-20mins, all down hill - walking back bit longer as the hills are another levels
