Villa Bartolo is located in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote and sleeps up to nine people in four bedrooms. It features a south facing, heated private pool and has a furnished terrace area with a barbecue - making this the perfect villa for those seeking to enjoy the outdoors during their stay!
Inside, the living room/dining area is air-conditioned and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and TV. There is also a glass dining table that seats six people. The adjoining kitchen area is fully equipped with the necessities such as: oven, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. There are four bedrooms, two twin rooms and two double rooms - the ninth person would sleep on a folding bed.
Outside, there is a covered terrace area that is furnished with a dining tablet that seats six guests. A barbecue is also available enabling guests to cook and dine ‘Al Fresco’. There are sun loungers surrounding the pool and second outdoor dining table that seats a further six guests.

The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of £25 per day.
