Villa Carlota is a four bedroomed villa is located in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. With its private heated pool, barbecue and outdoor dining area, it is the perfect getaway for those looking to spend time out in the beautiful Spanish sun. It is also within walking distance to nearby restaurants and the beach!
Inside, the living room/dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and a dining table that seats six guests - patio doors are also available that lead to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. Another smaller dining table is available in the kitchen, which seats four guests. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms three of which are double rooms and the last one is a twin room. Also, one of the double rooms has an en-suite bathroom.
Outside, there is a covered terrace with an ‘al fresco’ dining table that seats six guests - as well as a barbecue and second table table that seats a further four guests, which is perfect for those looking to spend time out in the lovely Spanish sun. Another covered seating area can be found on the terrace, there are three comfortable sofas and a dining table. The swimming pool is also surrounded by sun loungers which enables guests to relax around the pool in the beautiful weather.
The private pool can be heated which raises the temperature, to approximately 3-5 degrees warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating is free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of £25 per day.
