Villa Ofelia is located in Tias, Lanzarote. This spacious villa has a main villa and a separate self-contained annexe, which provides adequate space for your group or family. The main villa has three floors and can sleep up to 16 people and the annex can sleep up to 4 people. Outside, there is a private pool and the a covered terrace with barbecue and picnic bench - perfect for guests looking to spend time outdoors in the gorgeous Spanish weather. The villa is also within walking distance to nearby restaurants.
The ground floor of the main villa has an open-plan layout with a modern, air-conditioned kitchen, dining table, and a comfortable living room with sofas. There’s also a family bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with bunk beds and air conditioning, and a double bedroom with air conditioning. Another living room with breathtaking sea views and comfortable sofas, can be found up on the first floor. An open-plan kitchen and dining area with sea views can also be found here which provides access to the terrace.
Villa Ofelia boasts a total of eight comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay. The first bedroom features a double bed, providing a cosy retreat for couples. The second bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for friends or family members sharing a space. Similarly, the third bedroom also contains a double bed, while the fourth offers two single beds for added flexibility. The fifth bedroom, again, includes a double bed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. For guests seeking a shared room, the sixth bedroom features two single beds. The seventh bedroom continues the theme of comfort with a double bed, and the eighth bedroom rounds out the offerings with yet another double bed. Additionally, there are two single sofa beds available, providing extra sleeping arrangements if needed.
Villa Ofelia has four bathrooms, each designed for family use. The first bathroom includes a shower and a water closet, providing convenience for quick clean-ups. The second bathroom also has a shower, perfect for refreshing baths after a day of activities. The third bathroom offers a relaxing bath along with a water closet, creating a serene space for unwinding. Finally, the fourth bathroom is equipped with a bath and a water closet as well, ensuring ample facilities for everyone staying in the villa.
The annexe is separate from the main villa and features an open-plan layout. It includes a modern, air-conditioned kitchen and a living room with comfortable sofas. There is a family bathroom equipped with a shower, a twin bedroom with air conditioning, and a double bedroom also with air conditioning.
Outside, the private pool can be heated for an additional cost. A kitchen area with a fridge and cooker, another bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a dining area with a BBQ next to a shaded pergola can also be found. It is a great area to enjoy the beautiful weather.
